My client, a top London-based Wealth Management company, is looking for a senior Business Change Lead to work in a front-to-back-office, business-focused role.

£80-95K + bonus, pension and benefits

Hybrid working model – 3 days a week in the office

This will involve plenty of front office exposure, so dealing directly with Portfolio Managers.

This is working on a huge integration of companies and so there is a huge amount of important work ahead.

This role will involve leading, or significantly contributing to, the management, planning, and execution of change requirements across the whole business to ensure the successful delivery of business initiatives and realisation of benefits.

This could be defined as a Change Manager – it’s a business-focused Business Analyst / Project Manager who initiates and drives change across a large area, who manages very senior stakeholders and who also hand-holds the business through change.

Required:

  • Good business-focused, buy-side Change experience (Asset Management or Wealth Management), covering both BA and PM
  • Full front-to-back office experience
  • Good understanding of Portfolio Management processes
  • Strong senior stakeholder management experience
  • Experience leading/mentoring BA’s
