**What will your day look like**:

- Communicating professionally with a variety of people including customers, insurers, suppliers and colleagues around the country
- Assessing and acknowledging all data or information requests as appropriate
- Efficiently handling client and policyholder queries, whilst following standard procedures
- Ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements
- Recording full and accurate updates within our systems
- Contributing to a happy team working environment

**Abilities And Knowledge**:

- A professional and adaptable communication style - both written and verbal
- Efficient administrative skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach
