This is an office-based role.
**Overview of the role**
Process orders meticulously, aiming for 100% fulfillment and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Perform effectively under high-pressure circumstances, displaying resilience.
- Efficiently handle customer requests, including line forms, images, specifications, quality assurance, and data analysis.
- Input and manage monthly forecasts while maintaining regular communication with the merchandising team.
- Address customer inquiries about delivery discrepancies, pricing, and account-related matters.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of order updates and complete backorders weekly.
- Collaborate with team members, offering support and coverage during vacation periods.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with persuasive capabilities.
