**We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our National Accounts team, in our Birchwood head office in Warrington. This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.**

Working as part of our National Accounts Team, our Customer Service Advisors work in a fast paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance and putting our customers first, Customer Service Advisors have great prospects for progression and additional training opportunities.

**Are you a Certas Energy Customer Service Advisor? We’re looking for**:

- Minimum of 6 months in a customer service environment or similar
- Strong IT skills
- Strong complaint management skills
- Confidence in own ability
- Ability to handle objections
- Ability to work with autonomy
- Resilient, persistent and tenacious
- Target driven / results orientated
- Confidence in identifying leads and opportunities
- Experience working towards KPI's and objectives

**Company Information**

We employ 2,500 colleagues based across our depots around the UK from the highlands of Scotland to the Channel Islands.
