Customer Care Specialist
Torus Developments is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our After Care Team in Warrington. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the defects process across our development programme, working closely with external contractors and residents to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Development Team in delivering the Development Programme through management of the defects process.
- Provide excellent customer service by acting as the first point of contact for all queries and complaints regarding defects.
- Offer administrative and diagnostic support to the team, ensuring all defects are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify any areas for improvement in the defects service.
- Identify key trends in defects that can inform development scheme and specification reviews.
- Lead the implementation of a defects monitoring system and ensure a smooth transition for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee Torus Developments' aftercare arrangements for new build developments.
- Deliver services in line with agreed performance targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge gained through extensive and relevant experience within a new build customer care function.
- A proven track record of working within a new build customer care environment.
- Experience of working with multiple diverse stakeholders and customers in a pressured environment.
- Experience of completing administration and business support tasks to agreed quality and time standards.
- Evidence of co-ordinating and demonstrating the importance of value for money in everyday operations.
- Demonstrates a commitment to H&S to ensure safe operations and environment for staff and customers.
