About the Role:

Cera is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to oversee the delivery of care services in the field. As an ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care standards are maintained while promoting our values of dignity, respect, and choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise carers to ensure they meet customers' requirements
  • Complete care plans and reviews, as well as risk assessments and audits
  • Engage in team meetings and participate in out-of-hours on-call duties
  • Support carers with compliance and provide hands-on supervision
  • Attend provider meetings and explore business opportunities

Requirements:
  • Fully flexible with excellent communication skills
  • Proven work history in the care sector and good knowledge of care standards
  • Organised with good IT skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care
