About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Cera Care. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of care to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and that our carers are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of carers to ensure they are providing the best possible care to our clients.
- Conduct regular client assessments to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by our carers.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client care and carer performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of care sector regulations and standards.
