">We are looking for someone who is confident in managing the day-to-day operations of one of our welcoming children's homes, which has been completely adapted to reflect the needs of the people we support. This will involve working closely with the Registered Manager to achieve the highest standards of care.
You will be someone your team looks to for support and leadership, helping to deliver positive outcomes for the adults in your care. A minimum of two years of operational experience in a health and social care setting is required, with a focus on caring for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Mentoring a team to achieve their goals is also essential, as well as meeting the legal responsibilities of the service and home. A Level 3 qualification in social care is desirable but not essential.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £38,804.62 per year, including one sleep-in shift per week. You will also have access to excellent benefits, including life assurance and simply health cover.
