We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partner Operations Executive to join our dynamic Partner Alliance Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key players in the industry. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new partnerships, ensuring a seamless experience for our global customers.

**What Excites You**:

- Collaborate with the Partner Alliance Team to identify and onboard new partnerships, reaching out to potential partners and gathering relevant information.
- Organize and manage information related to partners within our backend systems, streamlining processes to optimize efficiency.
- Enable products for our global customer base, ensuring smooth delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Proactively contribute to the optimization of current processes, seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Partnership team.
- Coordinate and manage various communication across relevant departments to deliver synchronised messaging to the market and our customers.
- Create and implement cross-functional processes that help us operate with Partners seamlessly and deliver on our team operational KPIs and OKRs
