Senior HR Business Partner

Executive Network Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in a prestigious global Asset Management firm. The role supports the investment client group, responsible for providing strategic and operational HR business partnering.

This newly created role will support and drive the growth of the business as it continues to scale and expand its footprint across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the UK HR strategy.
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process.
  • Develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
  • Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives.
  • Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.
Requirements
  • Experienced background in Financial services. Asset Management experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
