This newly created role will support and drive the growth of the business as it continues to scale and expand its footprint across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the HR leadership team to support the delivery of the UK HR strategy.
- Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division.
- Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
- Ensure delivery of the annual performance review and reward process.
- Develop management capabilities through individual coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting HR and the financial services sector.
- Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives.
- Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.
- Experienced background in Financial services. Asset Management experience would be highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
