**Job Purpose**
The role requires an adaptive, flexible and can-do approach to the way in which the role interacts with, and delivers across, our diverse service streams and in support of the management on site.
Business Support Administrator is to be responsible for the overall administration of the support functions covering Hard, Soft and Security services at site level.
To assist with administrative duties as outlined in the delivery of Hard, Soft and Security service solutions to UWS. In addition, the role may liaise with key stakeholders across both client and contractors and requires a high degree of flexibility in relation to execution of requests and general work in response to the dynamic environment within which it exists.
**Key Responsibilities**
Administrative support with payroll and first point of contact for site-based teams for training and payroll queries and the maintenance of relevant systems
Managing and submitting new starter compliance checks on behalf of sites, maintaining a tracker for auditing purposes
Having an awareness of site budgets and spend against them and identifying variations in spend and investigating
Managing supplier account queries and receipting goods on Coupa, and investigating invoices
Preparing and creating a monthly ISS/UWS report
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to customer and team queries
Chasing and closing tasks on financial tracker where all jobs are tracked
Work proactively to ensure escalated issues are managed professionally, timely and resolved in satisfactory manner
Maintain a continued focus on process improvement, establishing best practise and sharing information with the wider team to ensure consistency
Provide administrative support to the management team as required
Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, teams and suppliers, internal and external auditors where applicable
Follow ISS processes and guidelines to ensure end to end procedures are followed
Continually deliver excellent customer service

**Qualifications**:
GCSEs or equivalent
**Experience**
Experience in a similar role
Previous experience in a general administration role an advantage
**Skills**
Excellent customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Positive and professional attitude
Previous experience within FM operations
Ability to prioritise and execute tasks
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail, with the ability to use own initiative and work without direct supervision
Strong level of IT skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Project, PowerPoint,
Excel, Visio) and a knowledge of ISS systems would also be beneficial
Excellent organisational and planning skills essential
Experience in minute taking
