To provide administrative support on day-to-day basis, under the supervision of the Talent & Engagement Manager, contributing to the provision of comprehensive Training, Talent & Engagement initiatives for all managers and employees in Bell.

**Responsibilities**:
**Training & E-Learning Administration**
- Respond to day-to-day queries relating to IT Certification and developmental training that come into the HR team into the training request inbox in an efficient and timely manner.
- Support employees and managers in the business to ensure the training request process is being following correctly in Sage when booking training.
- Co-ordinate logistics with employees, and external providers to ensure training takes place, from managing waiting lists, booking rooms, supporting with training equipment to include prior, during and post courses taking place.
- Resolve queries relating to systems and access issues to include liaising with various stakeholder and external providers as necessary.
- Liaise with external providers on a day-to-day basis to answer any queries, relating to training, in terms of bookings, cancellations and last-minute changes are dealt with.
- Collate feedback on courses that have taken place and ensure the correct processes and quality controls are being followed by employees and training providers.
- Track the utilisation of Udemy licences within the e-learning platform and run activity reports to enable feedback to the business.
- Ensure training documents/processes and content are up to date on our systems and in line with audit requirements.
- Track the data in terms of cost and areas of the business from the training requests in order to support analysis and trends.

**Learning & Development Administration**
- Respond to day-to-day queries from employees and managers, relating to information on the Bell Academy/Learning & Development Hub and relevant areas on bMore/bNet.
- Co-ordinate logistics with employees, and external apprentice providers in terms of the provision of information and paperwork is completed for enrolling apprentices, as well as certificates and end of programme activities are arranged in a timely manner.
- Collate feedback from the external apprentice providers on a quarterly basis so that progress, concerns and issues can be tracked and resolved.
- Support the Talent & Engagement Manager with the administrative co-ordination of other L&D initiatives such as Talent & Succession Planning and Mentoring as needed.

**Engagement Administration**
- Ensure all documentation relating to processes like onboarding on our systems i.e. Sage/bMore/bNet and Page Tiger are up to date and appropriately accessible for the different locations i.e. UK, US, India.
- Liaise with HR Administrators/HR Assistants and other members of the HR team to update any links, content, signposting on the landing page and associated pages in bMore to support processes like Holiday Trading.
- Run regular reports and analyse the data on bMore/Page Tiger with accuracy and highlighting trends with a standard of presentation to key stakeholders.
- Support the Talent & Engagement Manager with the administration of engagement initiatives across the business which can include topics such as Diversity and Wellbeing as necessary.
- Demonstrate respect for equality of opportunity and diversity. Work to actively promote an inclusive work environment and good working relationships amongst Bell employees.

Qualifications:

- HR/Training/Talent & Engagement experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Organised and methodical approach to work. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry.
- Able to manage high volumes of work with differing deadlines and levels of priority.
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Experience in using systems which rely on data entry and reporting.
- MS Office skills - Intermediate, ability to analyst data, produce pivots reports and provide information for PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Understands confidentiality requirements and able to deal effectively with enquiries relating to confidential information.
