Talent Acquisition Partner - French Speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Engagement Manager to partner with our France business on a critical project. The role will be accountable for Commercial.

As a key member of Diageo France, a new venture for Diageo, you will work closely with leaders to ensure the hiring of best-in-class, diverse talent for this exciting and critical market.

This role is highly visible to senior stakeholders, many of which will be in critical leadership roles. As a coach and mentor, you will act as an expert in hiring, I&D, employer brand, and data insights.

About You

You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgement, accountability, and an ability to deliver in a fast-paced, ambitious, and matrixed environment.

Experience of managing senior stakeholders across a region, using consultative skills to influence action and change while championing diversity, is an ideal requirement.

French language skill is essential.

As a contractor, you'll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring.
