We are partnering with a fast-growing wellness startup to help them find a skilled Customer Support Specialist. This role involves working with customers to provide a world-class support function, addressing day-to-day queries related to orders, fulfillment, and product issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support across various channels
- Work with the brand community to drive engagement and build strong relationships
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer support role, preferably for an online D2C brand
