Assist in preparing monthly management accounts; Prepare quarterly VAT returns; Monthly payroll; Credit control: Bank Reconcilation; Processing monthly statements, Posting transactions: Resolving invoice queries/disputes; Processing bacs payments, general bookkeeping.
- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes.

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in General Bookeeping / HR or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Sage 50 Accounts package,and microsoft office suite programs.
- Familiarity with IRIS payroll or similar payroll software.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience with data entry and generating reports
