Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance and HR Manager to join our team at SI Recruitment.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain a wide understanding of the business and become an integral part of its operation. As a Finance and HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial affairs, including budgeting and financial reporting, as well as overseeing HR practices, processes, and strategies.

You will also be responsible for implementing training programs, ensuring that all bank accounts are regularly reviewed and reconciled, and liaising with external agencies, including Inland Revenue and Customs & Excise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's financial affairs, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Oversee HR practices, processes, and strategies
  • Implement training programs

Requirements
  • Leadership skills and experience of working within a small team
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in auditing, taxation, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Experience in accounting and finance roles
  • Experience of general HR within the office
