Seeking Temporary Finance Administrator to work within the finance team of a reputable, growing company in Harrogate. Might be an opportunity to go temp to perm for the right person.

**Duties**:

- Administration, day to day interaction with fantastic finance team as well as stakeholders in this busy finance environment
- Creating payment files, receiving of payments, processing of payments, allocating and reconciling
- Attending to any queries from clients
- Processing of invoices and ensuring attention to detail at all times
- Processing large utility payments and invoices
- Handling of internal audits and compliance paper work
- Handling of all work orders, ensuring PO numbers are created and following up with relevant teams and clients
- Handling of credits and refunds
- Supporting the finance team and management with ad-hoc function

Skills Required:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Close attention to details at all times
- Excel experience would be an advantage
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Customer service experience would be an advantage as well as finance administration
- Problem solving abilities
- Proven track record and ability to be proactive

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3-12 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
