Job Title: Finance Administrator Part-Time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our cash department and its processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Money Calculation and Management
  • HSBC Net Management and Cash Allocation
  • Auto Settlement and Market Maker Payments
  • Income Payment and Standing Order Routine
  • Daily Payments and Banking
  • Posting POOL Cheques and ISA Subscriptions
  • Processing Tax and Probate Invoices
  • Dividend Processing and Crest Cash Dividends
  • ISA Subscriptions and Withdrawals
  • Posting Events and Ad-Hoc Cash Statements
  • End of Day Procedure: Check RQQ1 / RQQ, Negative Balances Movement, Redmayne Bentley Check, Daily Commission Transfer
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in Financial Planning or Financial Advice
  • Experience with payment processing and transfers, or in General Finance
  • Knowledge of Banking platforms such as HSBC.net or Barclays.net
  • Relevant Finance qualifications
