**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist HR team members in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support in scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and organizing HR documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management.
- Assist with benefits administration and the resolution of employee queries.
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Learn and grow in various HR areas, including compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or considering a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
