**Role Description**

This is a great opportunity to join an accelerating company at the most exciting time in its evolution. You'll be passionate about the power of data to transform and improve logistics and be data and results driven yourself. You'll bring directly relevant experience to the role and will lead from the front whilst imparting your knowledge and experience to your team. This is a “hands on” role with the opportunity to grow the team and share in the success of a market shaping organisation. Located in Soho, central London, with attractive base and results-based compensation this is an excellent opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills and be part of something special.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the team by example with energy and enthusiasm
- Work with Sales Leadership to translate top level goals into weekly & daily activity
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns, content and events required for contact generation
- Employ and demonstrate use of SPIN and identify BANT
- Support SDRs running team calls and support where needed
- Ensure communication carries through the whole sales cycle, work with AE’s Advance an opportunity through Build Awareness and deliver a value based pitch
- Test and role play internal more detailed SPIN sessions specifically relating to implication of pain Regularly assess gaps between SDR/AE
- Report on SDR activity to leadership team
- Using Hubspot as our core outreach system
- Running outreach campaigns, able to share examples & learnings
- Managing and leading for high performance

This is a full-time hybrid role located in London 2-3 days per week, with remote work.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills - flexible and adaptable, and tenacious
- Strong communication and business development skills
- Experience managing a high-performance team whilst being a strong team player
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
