Sales Development Representative (SDR) – London - Full Time

We are transforming the way people order food by providing restaurants with personalised branded mobile apps and websites plus Epos system. We are moving the food ordering and delivery industry online, while ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains are not subjected to lofty commissions.

The Job:

  • Acquire new customers through proactive outbound calls to restaurants across the UK.

  • Build relationships with new and existing partners.

  • Generating leads and booking appointments for our field-based Business development managers.

  • Helping existing clients grow their online presence and increase revenue through account management.

  • Working towards targets and KPIs to achieve success and bonus

  • Upselling marketing packages to increase RP revenue.

  • Working with our field-based Business development managers to grow and look after existing accounts.

  • Bringing high energy to the team and keeping friendly competitiveness alive.

Requirements

  • We need confident individuals that enjoy speaking to people and have a great attitude on the phone

  • Previous telesales experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training and support are part of the role

  • Someone with initiative, who is able to work as part of a team and individually

  • Goal-oriented individuals with a never say die attitude to get the job done

  • £22,000 basic salary with uncapped commission - Realistic OTE of £15,000 a year on top of the basic salary. Our top performers are earning more than this
