To support the continuous growth of the business we are keen to recruit an additional diligent, reliable, motivated and fun Team Leader for our office / service administration.

**What the department does**

We plan and administer surveys, mainly in social housing, to investigate mould and condensation problems. Based on the survey report we then prepare a fitting quotation to the housing provider. Once approved, we plan and administer the works and schedule engineer visits to handle the mould issue and install ventilation systems right up to the point of invoicing and status reporting. This involves communication with customers, residents, Mouldex engineers and surveyors as well as other departments.

**Purpose of the role**

Your goal as team leader is for the service administration team to deliver the highest possible level of customer service through optimised planning of all required Mouldex works, whilst achieving the highest level of efficiency through monitoring and developing relevant procedures and training, motivating and leading the team.

**Expectations of the employee**

As team leader you are expected to be as much a part of the team handling all daily tasks, as you are to set the example of excellent customer service and administration. When required you need to be able to rise above the team and make decisions for the benefit of the company.

The team leader is required to have full knowledge and experience of Mouldex products and services as well as the type of customers and their requirements. They need to be able to deal with a multitude of stakeholders and understand what it takes to keep them all aligned in order to be able to deliver the required Mouldex service standards.

As team leader you are to create and maintain a professional, friendly, inspiring work environment with an open communication culture. You will need to guide, monitor, lead and on a daily basis manage a team of service administrators. You are responsible for clearly communicating goals, standards and procedures and for motivating the individual employees within the team as well as inspiring positive communication and cooperative working within the team and with others in the company.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Set clear procedures and team goals to ensure optimised planning and completion of the Mouldex works calendar and deliver best possible customer service
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture by listening to, coaching and motivating team members.
- Ensure each team member is fully trained in product knowledge, their job role, use of available tools (including software, phone system)
- Delegate tasks, set deadlines, monitor performance, perform appraisals, report on results
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, Mouldex field staff and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and report any issues that require management attention to and create an action plan with the Operations Hub Manager
- Cover for colleague team leader(s) and or Operations Hub Manager

**Requirement level of essential & desired skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
