Mouldex Ltd is a family run business, located in the Southwest, but operate throughout the UK. We are enthusiastic about Mould, condensation and Radon control. We are looking to recruit a diligent, reliable, motivated individual to join our expanding team.

As an Administrator you will have the following core skills and strengths

Creation, allocation, monitoring of customers work requests, within the social housing sector

Liaison with the employed and self-employed Engineers & Surveyors for work allocation, site activities and diary appointments.

Scheduling of client appointments, ensuring that Engineers and surveyors meet appointment times and complete work within the scheduled appointment.

Processing detailed surveys into quotes for our clients

Provide support for supply only orders for clients in the absence of dedicated sales team staff.

Provide support for special project work.

Provide support on all telephone enquiries from Clients and Tenants.

Provide excellent customer service to our Clients and Tenants.

Empathetic with customers understanding of the diverse communities we work within

Assist in the provision of reports as requested from time to time by Mouldex management.

Maintain and Operate Mouldex customer databases.

Assist in the completion of all Operations associated administration, including diary appointments, Job control, Client reports, Invoicing, client and tenant correspondence, complaint handling, filing, etc.

Submission of Minor electrical works certificate (MEIWC) to the NIC EIC portal

Any other reasonable task as requested by senior management team

Promote equality and diversity policy

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Diligence and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a challenging environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Emotional awareness and Active listener
- Ability to collaborate with various client, web-based IT systems
- Ability to work flexibly and to work well within a small team

**Additional Requirements**
- Good geographic knowledge of the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,700.00-£25,000.00 per year
