**SALARY**: £12.81 per hour annual salary of £13,322.

**HOURS**: Permanent, Part Time, 20 hours per week Monday to Friday (4 hours per day
- flexible on start and finish time)

**THE ROLE**:You will be responsible for providing support to the customer service team and managing the sample process. This will include processing sample requests, order processing, arranging transport, preparing shipping documents and providingcover for the customer service department. Apart from standard admin duties you will also be responsible hand cutting fabric samples and arranging shipment to existing and potential customers.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Processing sample requests accurately and on time, with full customer requirements and details.
- Hand-cutting fabric using pre-designed patterns, ensuring the quality complies with quality standards and arranging dispatch.
- Managing the inventory of sample stock and liaising with planning and operations to replenish when required.
- Liaising with customers, operations, sales and suppliers when arranging shipments and handling enquiries.
- Obtaining quotations and booking of transport.
- Completing all administration in relation to the export documentation, such as invoices, packing documents, quality certificates, and other specific documents in relation to the product and export regulations for both UK and the receiving country.
- Supporting the Sales team by providing customer requested information.
- Answering the main reception lines.
- Providing administrative support and cover for customer services when required.

As a person you will be a self-starter, able to interact positively with customers and colleagues. Your communication skills will be strong, engaging and tactful, supported by fine-tuned administration skills. You will need to have a high degree of accuracydue to the nature of the role, order processing and fabric cutting you will need a steady hand.
