**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing customers.
- Conduct and monitor work-in-progress schedules, keeping projects on track and within deadlines.
- Oversee engineer management, including scheduling, task allocation, and support.
- Liaise with customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Support the parts department with order processing and inventory management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts usage, and customer interactions.
- Assist with warranty claims and documentation, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the service team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the agricultural industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Full UK driver's license is desirable.
