Office Administrator

**About us**
Roberts Environmental Services Limited, part of the S Roberts Group is a family run business based in Bridgwater, Somerset.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent administrator with a keen eye for detail to work as part of our busy administration team.
Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is a requirement.
Experience of Microsoft Visio and Sage 50 accounts would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
Main duties to include:
Processing & accurate input of Supplier Invoices onto the Purchase Ledger
Creation of floor plans using Microsoft Visio for our Asbestos Surveyor(s)
Input of Asbestos Sample Reports into Asbestos Surveys
Data input into Excel
Answering calls & taking messages
Dealing with enquiries
Scanning & Filing
Hours are Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
You will need to have the flexibility to cover holidays and sickness as well as swapping your working days when required initially whilst training.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.24 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
