Customer Services Administrator / Customer Liaison Administrator -Bridgwater £26k
My Client, a growing manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, is looking to recruit a full time Customer Services Administrator / Customer Liaison Administrator.
The main purpose of the Customer Services Sales Administrator will be to ensure that Clients / Customers requirements are fully and ensuring that Clients receive a positive experience. You will also be supporting the Sales, Operations and finance teams to achieve optimum performance for the company.
Main tasks of the successful Customer Administrator will include:
- Data handling, entry and export through the Company's CRM System.
- Liaising with operations and sales when handling enquiries
- Support the Sales team by providing customer requested information i.e. quotations sales literature, technical specifications, or any appropriate certification details needed.
- Deal with and where possible resolve Customer Service issues, resolving or escalating
- Managing internal processes & customer forecasts as required
- Preparing material product costings as required.
- Contacting new and existing customers in order to follow up recommendations, introductions, and follow up to leads.
- Manage Key accounts as directed
The successful Client services administrator will ideally have:
- Customer service / client liaison experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent customer service skills, both phone and face to face
- Excellent and accurate computer skills including Word, Excel. Powerpoint
- Previous experience / understanding in accounts, invoicing, export, transport, Quality Control
