My client is a leading Asbestos removal specialist who are now looking to bring on board a Bid Coordinator. This is a new role for the business and offers a lot of potential for the right person.

**The role**

You will be responsible for creating clear, concise and persuasive written content for bids across the various service sector. You will lead the preparation, production and submission of content whilst working closely with the Head of Business Development. Alongside the writing element of the role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the bid library to ensure all bids are unified and have a clear message.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide end-to-end support throughout the bid life cycle, including tender kick off, proposal management, presentations and obtaining stakeholder feedback
- Working with the Head of Business Development through a bid/no-bid process
- Monitor/manage all procurement portals to identify potential business aligned opportunities

**About you**

You will be an experienced bid coordinator who is confident managing all stages of the bid process with a proven track record of writing winning bids. Experience within asbestos, fire or water would be a huge advantage however my client is open to applicants from any sector. You must be highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong project management capabilities.

The role is looking to pay up to £30,000 and is fully remote. Travel will be occasionally required to Rotherham.
