About the role

This Bid Manager position is available at our Nottingham, Birmingham, Leeds or Sheffield office working on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will have 3+ years bidding experience and worked within Construction, Utilities or Surveying consultancy work or other relevant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the bid programme activities and outputs
  • Leading bid governance, coordinating commercial and pricing strategy
  • Managing a team consisting of a bid writer and bid coordinators

About You:

  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
  • Proven track record of bid management with technical knowledge
  • Excellent writing skills with ability to understand complex details

The estimated salary for this role is between £45,000 and £55,000 per year.
