Our client, a **Facilities and Integrated Support Services Business**, are looking to appoint a **Facilities Helpdesk Administrator** to work with them at their office in **Altrincham.**

Main duties will include:

- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Administration duties - setting up jobs, raising orders, approving invoices for payment, raising invoices

For this our client is offering a salary of up to **£25,000**.
