**Compliance Coordinator**
Elstree
£28,000 - £32,000 plus excellent benefits and progression

My client, a highly established and luxury residential block management firm based in Elstree, are seeking a motivated Compliance Coordinator to join their team in a highly progressive and rewarding environment.
You will work closely with the Compliance Manager in a busy environment to schedule all statuary compliance across a portfolio of 80 luxury residential development and provide a high level of customer service.

**Duties**
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders providing excellent communication and information on compliance related matters
- Provide data on portfolio compliance
- Assess and ensure commodities are compliant by the statutory timeframes
- Support with building/fire safety matters, helping with the adaptation of operations and processes in changing environments
- Update the building safety tracker as directed
- Maintain and update records of all external wall system issues and remediation projects
- Proactively raise contract orders on an annual basis and meet compliance function
- Attend external training events for progression. After training/events you will prepare and deliver a relevant session to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within property and good knowledge of property management procedures
- Understanding of property compliance legislation
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Problem solving capabilities

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, WFH four days per month

**Benefits**:

- 35 days holiday (INCLUDING bank holidays and mandatory shut down period over Christmas of 4 days)
