We are seeking to appoint two Project Site Coordinators to enhance our team.

As a Project Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing ongoing projects within designated work streams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards and the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your responsibilities will include evaluating resource needs and assisting in the management of daily operations, guaranteeing that all team goals are achieved within the established timeframes, budgetary limits, and health and safety regulations.

The Project Site Coordinator will oversee subcontractor performance in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring clarity regarding their roles and responsibilities.

You will participate in review meetings with management to discuss progress, budgets, workforce levels, and more.

Additionally, you will be tasked with addressing any complaints, notifying management, and implementing action plans to resolve areas of dissatisfaction. A proactive and self-motivated approach is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess substantial technical expertise and a proven track record in managing planned works, successfully delivering both external and internal projects on schedule and within budget. Experience with various projects, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, window and door replacements, and roof renovations, is highly desirable. A Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification and a solid understanding of construction methodologies, technologies, and materials are required.

We are looking for individuals with a strong history of asset and site management, capable of delivering significant works contracts. A collaborative spirit and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work are essential.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
