We are searching for a detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated Compliance Manager who can navigate the complexities of regulatory requirements and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain high compliance standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across the franchise network.
Provide guidance and training to franchisees on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of adherence to standards and best practices.
Oversee a compliance management system and ensure documents and certificates are updated & uploaded and managed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance processes, policies, and training materials.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and coordinating any necessary submissions or reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into new franchise programs and initiatives.
Track compliance performance, report, and communicate on compliance performance to progress continuous improvement on compliance as well as to highlight risks and opportunities.
Recommend actions / solutions to address risk and opportunities within our business.
