Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Compliance Services team at Help Me Settle Ltd. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading our tax advisory and compliance services, working closely with our clients to provide expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their tax compliance and advisory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of junior staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Tax Advisory and Compliance: Provide expert tax advisory and compliance services to our clients, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business, developing new relationships and expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with our team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance our services and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ICAEW qualifications, or equivalent experience and knowledge.
  • Experience: Proven experience in tax advisory and compliance services, with a strong understanding of UK and international tax laws and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, and the ability to analyze complex data and provide expert advice.
