We are seeking a committed Facilities Coordinator to support the seamless operation of our facilities at Compass Group UK & Ireland. This is a full-time role, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal facility conditions.
- Maintaining the exterior of the premises in a clean and orderly state, including general upkeep tasks.
- Assisting the facilities team in managing contractor processes, ensuring proper sign-in and sign-out procedures, and adherence to site policies.
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the building as required.
- Upholding the positive brand image of Compass Group UK&I.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
