**The Role**

Previous customer service experience is essential, as well as a very good telephone manner and IT skills (Mac experience would be desirable). As well as working closely as part of a small team, it is also important to be able to work on your own initiative and manage your own time effectively. A knowledge of working with or keeping horses would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Although we are advertising for an office-based position (Monday-Friday), we are very flexible on the number of hours worked each day. This position may suit an individual looking for flexibility around childcare/school run commitments.

**The Product**

ARC Microtech devices (ArcEquine and Arc4Health) are the smallest, broad-spectrum microcurrent devices. These products are wearable, rechargeable, non-invasive and entirely drug free. The Arc4Health is a Class IIa medical device, certified for use in the areas of pain management and tissue repair, offering the very latest tech in what is fast becoming an important sector in the healthcare marketplace.

**The Company**

Although fast expanding both here and abroad, we run the company on family values and ethics that date back to the inception of the business. The inventor of the product still retains an active seat on the board and plays an important role in the company. We operate from our base in Flimwell, East Sussex.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
