Bar/waiting Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Must be able to drive due to location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food safety standards are followed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
- Culinary knowledge is a plus

Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: £10.50-£13.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
