**The Company**

Páramo Directional Clothing designs and distributes durable garments for outdoor people, using unique and superior fabric systems to keep them comfortable in extreme environments. The products are indefinitely renewable using Nikwax® aftercare and their innovative design allows the garments to be recycled at the end of their useable lifetime.

We develop our products in-house, from the headquarters in Wadhurst, East Sussex, with the garments manufactured at The Miquelina Foundation in Bogotá, Colombia. This partnership started in 1992 and has assisted over 10,000 vulnerable women to find a better life, away from prostitution or exploitative situations. With Páramo’s support, the factory has carried the World Fair Trade label since 2017.

**The Role**

You will enhance Páramo brand visibility among our target audience by crafting compelling and tailored communications, aimed at boosting sales and maximising marketing return on investment. This will be achieved through the strategic deployment of Páramo digital marketing tactics aligned with our broader business goals.

**You Will**
- Spearhead Meta Advertising endeavours, meticulously crafting and overseeing all ads and campaigns from inception to execution.
- Diligently uphold brand and product integrity across owned commerce platforms, ensuring both written and visual content is not only representative but also optimized for SEO.
- Demonstrate astute budget management skills for Digital Advertising, leveraging informed forecasting to allocate resources effectively.
- Provide comprehensive reports during weekly and monthly Páramo digital meetings, analysing marketing performance statistics to identify trends and suggest message delivery enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Páramo Marketing and Communications to develop high-quality, captivating content aimed at expanding the business' audience.
- Offer support to the Head of Páramo Marketing Communications in managing Páramo marketing helpdesks and handling various internal administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to driving the company's content marketing strategy across multiple channels in tandem with the marketing team.

This is a fixed term role for a period of 15 months to cover maternity leave.

**You Will Be**
- A dynamic and persuasive communicator with a keen interest in product development and a sharp business acumen.
- A proficient organiser with a knack for creativity and an impeccable attention to detail.
- Skilled in collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver visually captivating assets.
- Capable of meeting stringent project deadlines with precision and efficiency.
- Proficient in conceptualising, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Seasoned in Marketing Department environments, backed by a BA/MA degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proficient in utilising various IT packages, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to streamline processes and enhance presentations. Experience in WordPress, Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, Plausible, Hootsuite, Meta and LinkedIn is also required.

This role is hybrid, working one day in the office in Wadhurst, East Sussex; and from home four days per week.
