NFU Mutual’s leading agency based in Flimwell and Tunbridge Wells are thrilled to offer an engaging role as a Quality Assurance Specialist, focused on overseeing compliance and enhancing soft skills.

This position involves a comprehensive review of the entire sales process, from start to finish.

Our Quality Assurance Specialists possess deep product expertise and are responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and setting quality standards across all customer-facing operational sectors.

As a Quality Assurance Officer within our expanding team, you'll play a key role in the success of a forward-thinking local business. You will be working with the managers and staff to identify the training that staff need to do their jobs and progress in their careers. You will also ensure that the business, its employees and its projects comply with all relevant compliance required by NFU Mutual and the FCA.
- Manage the day to day co-ordination, supervision and skills development of Agency staff to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and compliance with NFU Mutual and Agency specific standards
- Motivate and develop team members so that they know what is expected, are able to maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their potential.
- Contribute to the piloting and/or introduction of new initiatives, processes and systems to established requirements, timescales and quality standards
- Train, develop, facilitate and monitor the achievement and maintenance of Training and Competence for new and existing staff to ensure they meet the standards required; act within their limits of authority and meet the required T&C deadlines.
- Maintaining records relevant to your role, including staff competency records.
- Monitoring individual work standards and providing constructive feedback.
- Producing timely and high-quality correspondence.

- Full time Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
