
Full-time Car Handover Specialist and Initial

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with their inquiries.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and requirements.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle viewings based on customer availability.
- Coordinate the handover process for new vehicle purchases, including vehicle inspections, documentation, and demonstrations.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of vehicle features and functionalities to customers during the handover process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
- Basic knowledge of automotive technology and terminology preferred but not required.
- Willingness to undergo full training to become proficient in all aspects of the role.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
