Do you want to be part of a small, friendly team with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales’ targets and delivering the very best customer service?

The role will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, converting warm leads and making calls from a list of prospects you’ve been given. You’ll be keen to contribute to the ongoing success of the business and be aware that your own performance will have a direct effect on not only achieving team targets but also the personal rewards that success brings.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Telephone sales and customer service calls
- Produce and issue quotations and new business documents
- Follow up and convert leads using the diary system
- Outbound telephone calls, including call-backs
- Data entry into the required systems
- Deal with any MTAs, renewals and cancellations as required
- Oversee website customer enquiries and ensure all enquiries are followed up.
- Carry out lead general process.

**Requirements**:

- Driver essential.
- Motor Insurance industry experience ideal.
- Selling and influencing skills
- Interpersonal skills - the ability to build successful business relationships, be polite and cooperative when dealing with customers, brokers and colleagues
- Verbal and written communication skills, ensuring all communications are clear, fair and not misleading
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Salary**: £25,000 plus commission circa £2000-£3000 in addition

**Hours**: Monday to Friday with one in four Saturdays.
