Our team provides reliable employee relations support and guidance for managers and employees. Therefore, balancing this need as well as monitoring and driving actions for improvements are the focus. You’ll look at reporting trends, case law and feedback to support your action plans. In addition, a close collaboration with multiple stakeholders is very important to be successful. This is a key role in our HR Team and will develop you ensuring a constant learning journey.

Although this is a homebased role there will be travel to our sites in Oxford and Llanberis.

**What are my main responsibilities?**
- You’ll manage an operational case load (e.g. conduct, capability, grievances, redundancies)
- Support the implementation and delivery of specific HR Change activities
- Manage, capture and report activity. Identify trends and recommend solutions
- Create and deliver training to support your recommended solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to deliver continuous improvement

- Ability to **set priorities** and **overcome obstacles** with a **willingness to learn **from mistakes
- Business experience in an employee relations role and comfortable working with all stakeholders
- **Very high customer orientation**, focusing on value add, finding innovative solutions on ow initiative
- Enjoys collaborating and ability to work effectively in teams
- Strong **analytical, communication and execution skills **to provide valuable insights proactively
- SAP and/or Workday experience and an HR qualification would be an advantage
- You will need to travel to our factory sites in Oxford and Llanberis so a valid driving license is essential
