Entry Level Trust and Safety Specialist in Oxford, UK

Join our Trust & Safety Team, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the authenticity of all experiences, suppliers & bookings. As a Trust and Safety Specialist, you'll validate new supplier sign-ups/accounts, support customers with trust and safety issues, and investigate online transactions to minimize fraudulent activity, safeguarding both our customers and suppliers. We offer a competitive pay of £13/hr and welcome recent college graduates or experienced professionals to apply.

What we are looking for:
  1. Availability to work two weekends every four weeks
  2. Bachelor’s Degree
  3. Prior experience in Customer Service or research environment preferred
  4. Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office Software
  5. Fluency in a second language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, etc.) desirable but not mandatory
