Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Administer various HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, diary management, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy using the HR software.
- Process employee benefits enrolments and changes needed using the Health Package scheme.
- Assist in organising and conducting training programs for employees, including Health and safety processes.
- Assist with responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programmes.
- Liaise with the HR specialist to help prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, Employee Handbook and HR reports.
- Assist the HR Specialist in maintaining compliance with all new legislation laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with organisational goals and objectives.
- Help where needed with the Finance and Quality team.
- Admin tasks where needed.
- Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

Skills & Experience

Some of the key attributes we look for include:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR administration or related role, but not essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Full Time (Hybrid Working, 2 days a week in the office).
- Salary £24000 per annum.
