Interim Grading Specialist with Willis Towers Watson Methodology Experience

Contract Term : Immediate start, 6 weeks initially potential to extend

Day Rate : £300 - £400 per day outside IR35

Location : Flexible/Remote

We are seeking an Interim Job Grading/Evaluation Specialist with a proven track record of utilising the Willis Towers Watson grading methodology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation, and apply your expertise in job evaluation and grading within a dynamic environment, contributing to strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and manage job grading projects using the Willis Towers Watson methodology within the agreed timeframe.
  • Provide expert advice on job design, role clarity, and career framework alignment.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure grading outcomes meet organizational objectives.

Requirements :

  • Extensive experience with the Willis Towers Watson job grading methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
