Our customers range in size from start up companies to brands and our team of sales administrators are vital in ensuring their orders are processed correctly, to the highest standard and delivered on time.

**The role will involve**:

- Working closely with the sales reps to build relationships with customers.
- Looking after orders and providing support and after sales support.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Passing qualified leads to relevant departments if necessary.
- Liaising with internal teams as required.
- Setting up of new customers onto the system.
- Quickly handle smaller opportunities through to closing.
- Developing the capability to manage the entire sales process end to end
- Invoicing customers
- Ordering stock and updating databases

**About you**:

- Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- PC literate and comfortable using various software/systems & processes.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Able to use your own initiative
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Ideally some basic Adobe Photoshop skills

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
