Business Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for **Business Development Manager** to join a rapidly expanding business specialising in training packages.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team, win new business and developing new client relationships through a hybrid working pattern based in the office, at home and in the field visiting businesses
**Salary**: £40,000 PA (£80,000) OTE
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday (hybrid working)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Converting hot leads into sales appointments
- Booking face to face business
- Visiting business and presenting the training packages
- Visit 3-5 businesses a day
- Hitting and maintaining monthly sales targets
- Develop good relationships with clients
- Face to face sales through business events
- 2 years experience in Sales (essential)
- Driving License (required)
- Worked in B2B sales
- Committed to travelling
- Able to attend events
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Passionate about sales
- Personable
- Self-motivated and the ability to maintain workload
