**l Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

**l Client Relationship Management**: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.

**l Sales Forecasting**: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.

**l Budget Management**: Manage the sales budget efficiently and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

**l Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.

**l Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

**l Sales Training**: Organize and conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

**Sales Director General Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's or MBA is a plus).
- Extensive sales and management experience.
- Strong leadership and industry knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Applicant should have GDPR knowledge
- Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
