Create a positive environment reducing the risk of churned staff, set follow ups and activities over the course of a new starters time to make sure they are enjoying the work they are doing.
Work with the entire sales organisation to develop and build our training plans for staff, support in PDP work supplying tactical and relevant information. Work with the SD to build on the Sales Academy which will support the day to day work of this position.
Look at data sets to provide high levels of data on performance and growth and review the work delivered feeding back whether it had negative or positive change. Also collate feedback from advisers on what is and isn’t working while out in the field.
Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies to further support all staff.
Look at ways we best deliver Community Engagement across our towns and execute on the plan.
Act as a primary consultant and negotiate with Agency Field Staff to provide cover across our towns with the ability to flex staff throughout the year. Work with SD, Desk Manager and B2B Manager to hit all monthly targets, through training, support and individual delivery.
Maintain and manage all field licenses and adopt new systems to create a streamlined and cost-effective process for sales agents.
Staff utilisation for area management, planning how many staff are within an area and for how long, making sure agencies are not overlapping in town projects.
