**Position: Site & Preparation Coordinator**

**Location: Hatfield**

**Salary: £26,500 basic**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Overtime Available)**

As a Site & Preparation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation by managing the coordination and preparation of sites. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accept, sign in, and appraise all vehicles in readiness for directing them through the Preparation process
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper stock locations for all Preparation stock, including vehicles ready for handover on both the New and Used forecourts
- Utilize the company's in-house stock management tool to manage stock digitally
- Ensure vehicles are parked correctly within the Dealership's Preparation department
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Service teams to communicate stock arrivals and vehicle preparation requirements
- Uphold a professional manner and present yourself and vehicles to high standards at all times
- Adhere to legal, environmental, and health and safety requirements to ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
